Preparing your Quiche

The quiche is fully cooked and frozen, so all you need to do is warm it up!

We recommend thawing it in the refrigerator before heating, though you can heat from frozen (to heat from frozen just double the cooking time suggested).


Oven or Toaster Oven

Using an oven or toaster oven will give the best results, and make the flaky, buttery crust nice and crisp. There are always variations in ovens and microwaves, so use our timing as a guide.

Take the quiche out of the packaging and place it on an oven-safe pan. Heat your oven to 350°F, and bake the quiche for 15- 20 minutes (small and medium quiche) and 25- 30 minutes (large quiche) to get it nice and hot!



If you are in a hurry or just have a microwave available, that will work, too. Start by heating by the slice for 1- 1.5 minutes, and go longer if it needs it.

Your quiche will last for about a week in the refrigerator or for several months in the freezer.​
